Terms and Conditions
The registration in the 28th Scientific Congress of Hellenic Medical Students and the 16th International Forum provides you with the opportunity to participate in all congress activities. It includes:
  • Attendance of the Congress oral sessions (Round tables, expert sessions, Live Surgeries, Workshops, Medical Olympics, Contests-Gaming)
  • Participation in the Opening Ceremony
  • Active Participation through oral presentations or e-posters
  • Certificate of Attendance, provided that the minimum attendance is completed (60% of total congress time)
In case of inability to attend the participation fee is NOT compensated and it cannot be passed to third parties.

Faculty members who actively participate in the creation or supervision of student scientific essays and presentations will be included in the scientific committee. For this reason and as a sign of our gratitude for their valuable support, they are registered free of charge.
